1. Who we are

Miss Surpriser (ABN 73 773 865 399) is a personal surprise concierge service operating in Adelaide, South Australia. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide gift sourcing, wrapping, and delivery coordination as described on our website. Service fees are separate from the cost of any gift, product, or item purchased on your behalf.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed once details (occasion, budget, and preferences) are agreed via WhatsApp or our quote form.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Corporate orders may require a deposit for orders above a certain size.
Prices listed on this site are indicative and may be adjusted based on final product availability and customisation requested.

4. Food and alcohol items

Where a gift includes food or alcohol products, the following applies:

All food items included in gift boxes are sealed, retail-purchased products in their original packaging and labelling.
Where alcohol is included as part of a gift, it is supplied in accordance with South Australian liquor licensing exemptions for genuine gifts delivered to a third party. By booking a gift that includes alcohol, you confirm that both you and the recipient are aged 18 years or over.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from products supplied, beyond what is disclosed on the manufacturer's original packaging. Please advise us of any known allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

5. Delivery

We coordinate delivery within Adelaide and surrounding areas. While we take care to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations and changes

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes to your order. Orders already purchased or in preparation may not be refundable. Corporate orders cancelled within 7 days of the agreed delivery date may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Custom branding

Custom branding (logo tags, branded ribbon, personalised cards) requires a minimum order size and lead time as specified on our Corporate Gifting page. We are not liable for reproduction quality of logos or branding materials supplied in low resolution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
